I knew that I would find a story like this one pretty soon. Talk about used solar panels. it really is a shame that some people will resort to this type of behaviour. It is kind of the same thing when people started stealing the copper wire right from the lamp posts.

Lock up your Solar Panels
Super-Strong and Fast-Curing Adhesive/Sealant Specifically made for Metal Parts. The characteristic feature of WEICONLOCK is the curing in contact with metal while deprived of air.
